The sales associate was great and very helpful. I was their solve the problem with the charms sticking on the thread and the sales associate know exactly what was best to solve the issue.

The sales associate was extremely sweet. She made me feel comfortable and was so understanding. There is not a selection of the bigger sizes in the Pandora rings unless you want to buy an 129$ or more ring. The associate was so empathetic and tried everything she could to help my daughter get the Pandora ring she wanted for yrs but thought couldn't have because of size. We got an 11.5 crown ring and I am so excited. If the sales associate hadn't asked everyone that passed buy because she was truly concerned with making my girl happy, we wouldn't have found it. But one of the other workers she asked knew about a ring... a single ring that was large and a princess crown. I sometimes feel like I am not hip enough too go to the mall... too old or whatever... but this trip has sold me on Pandora forever. I wish this employee that helped me could know how awesome she made my Christmas by not being snooty and by caring.

I needed to buy a charm specifically for a Kentucky native. I called several stores in Kentucky and finally found a store that would sell me a heart-shaped charm with outline of Kentucky over the phone and ship it to me in time for Christmas. The store was Pandora Fayette Mall and my most helpful sales clerk was Delaney.

Sales associate was great - knew the products - I was in a hurry got out fast - great !!!
