I came in with my broken necklace and the workers that day was so easy and nice about replacing my necklace with the receipt I had with ease.

The lady who was helping me was so welcoming and helped me choose the perfect ring for myself. She seemed like she loves her job! She would show me many different styles of rings to see what one caught my eye the most!

Very friendly staff they were great with helping me exchange a bracelet that I had bought and did not care for it so I got a different one and I just love it they suggested to buy spacer so I would not loss my charms if the bracelet came undone very satisfied

Was standing in line to exchange a item that I had purchased as a Christmas gift, but my significant other already had. Kelly S was walking down the line handing out product booklets. She noticed my bag and politely asked why I was in line. I had told her the situation and she brought me to her stand at the front of the line. I was at the back of the line and she completely let me skip it. I felt a little guilty, but appreciated the red carpet service! Kelly exchanged the charm very quickly and was extremely kind and pleasant during the process. Talk about customer service! Especially on Christmas Eve, during a pandemic. Kelly represents your brand extremely well, Pandora is lucky to have her! If I need more management at my place of work, I would hire her in an instant! People like Kelly are the reason I continue to do business with Pandora.
