Lots of inventory, charms to choose from. Sales associate was knowledgeable but I had to ask for her help. Her appearance wasn't very professional.

I had a horrible experience at the Rivertown location and was told they would not be fulfilling any part of my order, along with short and rude service. I went to the Woodland location to try to get the bracelet I had ordered and manager immediately started asking me how she could help get my order together. She was incredibly helpful and kind and so was my sales associate. The holidays can be a hard time and the gift is for my grandma who's aunt just passed away. I wanted to get her her first ever Pandora bracelet because she's been wanting one for years. Everyone at the woodland location really helped boost my holiday spirits and I'm so glad I got to get the bracelet and charms I was looking for with amazing customer service. I really needed this thank you so much.
