I was satisfied with this Pandora experience because the sales associate that helped me knew where specific merchandise was located, knew facts about the merchandise, and was very polite and helpful throughout the whole experience and interaction.

The lady who helped me was so sweet and so helpful. While I was waiting to be helped, I was acknowledged by both employees and then when it was my turn, I was given full attention. She was so patient with me while I picked out rings. She also ensured they were cleaned afterward, which made me feel much better about trying them on.
