I was highly satifified with the Manager and sales associate at this location. They were Very friendly and helpful. We were shopping for a jewelry gift and stopped in the store to look around. I wasn't planning on buying anything there, and we ended up buying a charm and bracelet.

The salesperson Aja in the Woodland Mall, Grand Rapids was extremely helpful! She got me the bracelet I came in looking for as well as staying to my budget and showing me the charms that were discounted because they’re going to be discontinued. I will be coming back to that store for her and its a 40 minute drive away!

The sales associate was just very tentative to our needs, friendly and conversational.

So staff is knowledgeable I was fitted for a ring but it decided on a smaller size hits the return was an easy process a new purchase over our staff is very nice

My fiance wanted this charm bracelet very bad so I got it for her for Valentine's day

Awesome feels and overall good vibes in the store, all the employees were welcoming and willing to help... but Madeline “Maddy” was superb! She talked me into the pandora card to save an additional 10%. Woot woot!

I LOVED IT!!! Loved the help as well. Overall a great visit.

It wasn't"t that busy so did not have to wait long time for someone to help me-have been at the store and just left because no one came to help for quite a while
