The store was very clean. The associate that helped us knew right where the merchandise was. Very friendly. They were happy to wrap the beads separately as they were gifts for different people.

Judy N (165776) was so wonderful and helpful, offering her expertise whenever I had questions and went out of her way to find anything she thought I might be interested in. We laughed and she made the experience an enjoyable one that is rarely seen today. She was very patient while I looked through everything and asked questions, never pressuring me to purchase anything I didn't want. All of the store staff was friendly and helpful overall, so I thank them for their professionalism as well. A very pleasant experience.
