I was pleased with my experience at the Pandora store because the Associate was helpful, kind as well as extremely knowledgeable about the products. She showed a great deal of patience to help me find a 16th birthday gift for my daughter.

Victoria, my sales associate was very welcoming, she knew the products inside and out, she was easy to talk to about things, no pressure sales on her or the other staffs part. They were both very happy to listen to my story behind the bracelet and the charms I selected. I had never been in one of these stores before. I deal with many people in my job and I was truly amazed at the overall experience and performance of these two ladies and their knowledge of the job. I am very pleased and as I write this my girlfriend who received the bracelet is also very pleased. We WILL be back and I'll ask for either of these girls again with no hesitation..keep them in your stores...they are both awesome

Everyone helped me with finding a rose gold ring. They were very helpful with my size. They were great when I wanted to try on more than one ring. Overall I’m very happy.

I came into the store to look around. When asked if we had anything we were looking for my son asked to see any mom charms. The associate brought out several to see and showed them to him first to get his opinion. He loved that she addressed him before showing them to me. We selected the mother/son charm and he was thrilled to be a part of the selection process.
