Judy the sales associate was amazing. She knew the products and was extremely helpful. She suggested sizes of bracelets to try. I was purchasing the items for my 16 year old's birthday. She wanted the free ring dish but she did not buy any SHINE products. Wish management had the authorization to give out the dish to young desirable customers like her. She may be a customer for life. She loves your jewelry.

I was highly satisfied with my serice. The clerks were so nice and dressed for the store, so nice. They helped me in every way and love the gift wrapping.

I love the designs. Just wish their were more gold options in those designs.

I already went for a couple of charms I had looked at online. Walked into the store only one other customer so I was able to be helped right away told the associate what I was looking for and she pulled the two charms I was looking for out and I made the purchase. I was looking to see one of the valentine charms but it was out of stock. I also wish they had the purple charm I purchased in a hunter green. will continue to purchase Pandora love putting together my own story. Thank you

It’s very bright and cheerful In the store. The associates were very friendly and extremely interactive with us. The merchandise is easy to see.

The associates were super friendly, down to earth and helpful. Even though the charm we initially were looking for was sold out, they offered alternatives without being pushy about it. They also shared our enthusiasm and observations about Pandora. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
