I always enjoy shopping at this location. Its easy to get to, the sales associates are always friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. They are willing to take the time to show me multiple items even if i dont purchase on that day.

I was greeted very soon after I entered the store but I didn't feel like I was attacked as I walked in like you do some places. The associate was willing to show me several rings. And spent a good amount of time finding the correct size.

Went in to pick up the 100 year Disney Pandora charm and neither of the two sales people knew what I was looking for. I had to tell them multiple times what I was looking for and then after they pulled it out they showed it to me. I said yes that's the one I want and they asked 'oh you want to buy it?' It was not the customer friendly experience I have received at other Pandora stores.

Kiersten was super helpful, very much appreciate her customer service. She's a keeper also had my items clean did an awesome job. Had a bit of a problem with the survey had to use a different device but Kiersten helped me with that. Thank you Kiersten is a Pandora champion 🏆
