I did not feel I was welcome. No attention was paid to my presence. I almost walked out, but needed a charm and did not have time to go to other Pandora store. She did not rush me but was not interested in what i needed.

I bought my slider bracelet about 2 years ago to replace the hard bracelet I had that the clasp had broken. It was suggested then that I buy a slider. It worked great for a while, but then became too loose. I was looking for a fix.

I don't live in Michigan anymore and we were visiting family for a funeral. That's why I was there at the store and won't return in 90 days. My father-in-law passed away.

The locked display case said the price was $50. It rang up for $75 and that is what I had to pay.

Felt crowded the shop should be a little more wider. It took about 15 minutes to get help from an associate it was busy.

The charms that I wanted were out of stock. The store was very hot. The store is not big enough. It is very crowded.

I was disappointed that they did not have an engraving machine. But they had merchandise to be engraved.
