I wasn't greeted immediately upon entering the store. I wasn't given the boxes for the new chams I purchased. The broken charm that I exchanged was originally purchased with a promotional price but I was charged full price for the new charm.

I know most of your stores are small in size so it’s hard to get a lot of customers in but I had to wait about an hour to get into the store. That is why I couldn’t rate my experience higher.

the sale could’ve been more personalized. instead of walking around and around in circles, the sales associate could’ve asked direct questions about my likings.

Very pricey,or higher charms should be buy one get one free. I spent over three hundred dollars didn't get nothing free but I see for card holders will get a free bracelet. Wow that's not fair. Thank you

Employees had very little knowledge of Pandora and did not make recommendations. I was looking for a birthday present and walked away with one little charm would have purchased additional if they could have styled the charm.
