The line was pretty long, so I understand the associate’s rush. She didn’t take a lot of time explaining the products (what they were made of, how they work together). She was very kind and did answer a few questions I had. I just would have appreciated a little more thorough information. Also I totally wouldn’t have minded her showing me other products I might be interested in. I love recommendations!

Selection and inventory of charms was very limited, particularly gold colored charms.

The sales peron wasn't really engaged with me as the customer. She seemed somewhat distracted by other things . A pleasant experience, but not the experience that i have hade in the past.

The wait in line was very long. There were two people in front of me and two reps to help and they were already helping two customers. Then I found out that I missed the Mother’s Day offer last week after asking a rep in the River town mall location on Sunday. She told me that the sale would be closer to Mother’s Day or the week of. So I only purchased the 3 clearence items that would not be included in the sale just to find out there would not be a sale discount but a bangle that I was not offered after spending $202.

The lighting in the store made it difficult to see the charms clearly. The associate could have been a like more outgoing. Nothing is perfect.

What I ordered online didn’t appear to be what I received!!! Also tried to order one day earlier than I did in my order included free bangle next day when I placed the order the free gifts where gone

It’s just when I came in two other times it’s was 3 females working they never asked me anything so I just walked out. And one other time I came in I was try to bring my Bracelet back and the female told me it’s nothing she could do for me. So I just left. I said I was never coming back however I love Pandora.
