Because there wasn’t much of a selection in the store to choose from, there wasn’t much to I could really pick so I just had to go with whatever was there cause i needed it the same day.

The staff was did not really find a solution to a necklace that was turning yellow. I had brought it in to figure out why it was turning a different color and she mentioned to keep put it in a ziplock bag or just use the cleaner. I am just upset that I couldn’t exchange it for another one or find a better solution than just to “clean it.”

Mainly due to Covid-19 and not being able to look at all of the charms because another customer was in that area.

I went in for your Disney Mickey and Minnie charm collection, there was only 1piece. Which left me with no option or selection too choose from.

The selection to chose from was very, very low. Not much to choose from. The store needs a bigger selection to chose from.

I was not highly satisfied because the selection was slim for charms but the store had just opened back up from the pandemic. The rep told me you all hadn’t had any shipment come in so I understand

I was actually very satisfied with my experience. The associate that helped me was very helpful. She also showed me multiple options for what I was looking for.
