There were a couple of earrings that were not in stock

Made two purchase that day first one me and two friend purchased matching charm we were rung up together but paid separate and one person was given a recipient and the offer to complete the survey

I loved this place they where very helpful and nice to me and I loved every minute shopping in pandora

Some of the items I was going to purchase wasn't in stock . (The Lion King pieces)

The selection at this particular store is not good. They’re either always out or didn’t get the item at that location

Came to the store to see the new Mothers Day charms an they were not available in store only on line this was my second week coming the sales associate told me they may be available in store the next week

Very crowded hard to see merchandise clerk not familiar with gift policy and had trouble finding merchandise

Didn't have the ring I was looking for. Seems like whenever there is a good sale, there is very limited sizing options available. Then the sales associate has to go through a wild goose chase for the item in the store, through the displays and everything. Hard to look at the items if you just want to browse. Tight store. If someone else is looking at rings, you can't also be looking at rings. Just not very user friendly to browse. I usually look online (which is also a pain) before going in so that I know what I want.

The selection of size 10rings was very limited.

A lot of the items I was looking for they did not have in stock the lady could not find a couple items I was looking for and they did not seem to have knowledge of where things were... I kept wanting to see certain ones and she either couldn't locate them or they were out of stock so she would show me other ones that I did not like... There wasn't very much of a selection to choose from and the ones I wanted they did not have... Also they are pretty expensive it's hard to afford then when they are not on sale
