I stood for quite a long time waiting for service, the employees acknowledged I was waiting for help. There could be better training as to how to handle multiple customers at once.

They did not have charms that I was looking for, this is second time this happened in this store, it seems that the book associate was using dis not match customer book, but the time they open the cabinets and look for things seems like they do not have things organized

The store was VERY crowded and there weren't enough sales persons on duty to serve the customers. I had to wait about 20 minutes until there was a sales person available to help me.

Too many people in a small space. Came in for a cleaning and a crystal got stuck in one of the charms. Always takes too long for the cleaning to be done.

We visited this Pandora on a slow day and were greeted by 4 attendants that were happy to help us. They chit-chatted with us and ask questions to figure out our interests to help us find charms to suit our interests. However, one attendant, which we did not catch the name of, began to ask more and more personal questions to the point at which made us feel uncomfortable. Although we are friendly people and enjoy conversations, we felt like the questions she asked went past what is considered appropriate for this situation. Furthermore, the other girls were very helpful, yet this girl seemed to only wish to talk about personal issues and was not interested in helping us find a product (which was obviously the main reason we came into this store!). We know that the attendant that checked out us, who was wonderful, is named Natalie. The one that we are complaining about had a cold-shoulder top on and medium-length brown hair.

I needed a ring exchanged that was backordered. It took 30 days to get it in. I had to call and check on status after 2 weeks.
