I bought a set of bracelet and charms. I wore them right away. However, I never received a box from the vendor . The same day my husband bought another thing for me at Swarovski and even when I wore the jewelry too, they gave me a box with a beautiful bag.

My feeling is there is always improvement, for that reason I will never give the highest rating. If Someone always gets the highest praise they stop trying to give their best. I had a very good experience, the sales associate was very friendly & will return to the store for future purchases.

The sales associate was unfamiliar with the merchandise. She was also unknowlegeable of the location of the requester merchandise. She also didn't know the price of the items and took some time trying to find them with me pointing out the price listed in the catalog.

My sales associate was excellent but I felt she was constantly being over shadowed by a senior sales manager on the floor After awhile it was annoying.

Low stock/inventory; especially for my ring size 9. However, I find this to happen regularly when I want to purchase charms.

Because I purchase the bengal bracelet and it broke before the night was over with. Had too return it the next with no problems . How I don't have any more problems with. Otherwise I love it.

While trying to purchase products, the sale associates were talking to each other and ignoring my requests while trying to find a charm. I would ask to see a charm and would be ignored while they had a conversation unrelated to work.
