The store acoustics were horrible. There were only 2 other customers and 2 other sales associates, but their voices carried and echoed and there was nothing in the store design to absorb them - rather all glass, metal, and etc and other surfaces that reflected them. We found it difficult to hear our associate even though she was standing directly in front of us on the other side of the counter. It was partly due to one customer being loud, but it was mainly the store acoustics. It felt like an escape when we left the store and got out into the relatively crowded mall hallway, which was far quiter.

We were at the Lansing mi location a week ago and had a fun experience. Spent more than we were going to. In Grand Rapids, mi the ladies didn’t really care to help and we’re dull

I just didn’t like how I could not move and look around the store it’s like she directed me to one show case and that was it all because I said Christmas charms she didn’t give me any other choices at all. I did not like that at all.

There was only one associate there that had good customer service skills, unfortunately she wasn’t the one who assisted me. All other associates weren’t very helpful and I had to go out of my way to get assisted by them.

POOR knowledge of the merchandise, OUT of sizes, I had difficulty in trying to get the clerk to understand what I wanted, was feeling like I was being forced to buy other size or style of what I was after/wanted & now, I feel that I was lied to regarding a size of one of the rings that I purchased as gifts to someone special & now I have to RETURN to the store where purchased which is far from where I live, to exchange one if the rings, for the PROPER size!!!!! I’m FURIOUS & now after YEARS of doing business at this Pandora store, spending SEVERAL $$, I will probably shop at another store where Pandora is sold! I’ve bought/started 4 of my Granddaughters on haveing a Pandora & one of them needs Clips & another Bracelet & Safety Chain & I’m interested in a few Charms & Safety Chains, but SADLY I won’t shop THERE after my experience!

I purchased thousands of dollars from Jared’s and Pandora and ruined my bracelets so I’m on my third one now along with my two daughters. Jared’s currently out of business I got no sympathy instead the run around. Jared’s closed so I can’t get my stuff services or replaced. Kinda took away my joy from Pandora. I don’t like that!

The Sales associate was very rude, continuously rolled her eyes and just seemed to not care about what I was looking for. I wanted a charm for my moms bracelet and I knew the style and when I asked her to take out a tray so I could read the writings on all the charms. She said she couldn’t do that and could only take one out at a time. But then I looked over and almost every other associate had a tray out showing other customers. After each charm I asked to see because she wouldn’t just take out the tray she rolled her eyes each time I had her get out a new one. I will say the lady that bagged my charm was very nice she asked me if my mom had been building a bracelet for awhile and I said no I had just talked my dad and into buying her the bracelet this year. Very happy with the lady that bagged it!!! Very disappointed with the original sales associate.

The Associate did not know if the charms I was asking about was sold last year. As it turned out, it Was and I bought it for my daughter (as a gift from my 6 yr old grandson). As a result, she brought it back today to get a different charm. Because the charm was under $50, she was unable to get a different charm and I will have to make Another trip to the store with my credit card. This was not explained to me. Instead, I went online and purchased 2 charms on sale. The store will be refunding all the $$ and I will not be buying anything there again. My time is too valuable to waste

To busy to gift wrap merchandise purchased. Told it would take to much time to wrap gifts. Did not have proper boxes for charms. Busy in store , manager was pushing salesperson to hurry up.
