I heard the associates talking about my religious garments ( clothing ) Sales associate didn’t know about the different stones that were used. Didn’t know the policy’s about buying and returning etc. when I walked in to be helped. The sales associates were talking and they were trying to assist me ( engaging like you take her or no you take her , as if they didn’t want to help me due to who I look.) Very quick and vauge about the questions I was asking to buy and look at . I did end up buying some items . But I felt judged about how I look and they acted o upon that. I would not recommend to people due to the lack of judgment they had . ( it was like highschool clicks ) lack on knowledge and lack of service. The tables where you look though to see the jewelry was dusty and finger prints everywhere. It was hard to see the jewelry they had to offer.

When asked about a style I was told they were not sold at this store. However, once I looked a bit further I was able to find it on my own.

Only store in mall that required a mask. We were instructed to walk to the other side of the mall to security to get a mask. Security doesn't give out masks. Went back to store. They told us to go to Starbucks to get a mask. Went to Starbucks, got masks. Walked back to store. Saleswoman was great and very apologetic. If I wasn't in a time crunch I would've found a different gift than support Pandora with my money. If you are going to require masks (which is ridiculous at this point), you should provide them at the entrance to the store. I won't be returning.

The sales person was quite passive aggressive until I paid for the items. She was acting as if we were wasting her time. I have noticed a difference in treatment with customers of different race in general at this store so I don't have much expectation of respectfulness from the sales person. I typically have a poor experience at this store.

I’m not usually the type of person to write a review. However, I went to the Woodland Mall (kentwood, Michigan) location at 10:26am 12/26/2020. I understand it was the day after Christmas, I’m sure nobody really want to work but when I walked into this Pandora location I felt like Mickelle really did not want to help me, sounded so unhappy to be at work... I get it we all have bad days and being management employee myself I totally understand the feeling. But Atleast put a smile on and act happy like I’m sure we all do. I just wanted some rings nothing too major. I wasn’t aloud to look at the rings, I was expected to know exactly what ring I wanted. I’m the type of person who likes to try on and see how it looks.. now obviously with Covid regulations that is little different now but she could have Atleast let me see the rings. Instead I ended up buying a ring I ended up not liking on me. I

I bought a ring and then a few hours later decided to return it. When I returned it the sales girls that seemed very nice before suddenly became supper rude and kind of just blew me off. I also did not get a receipt for my return and when I asked they said no, so I hope that the return went through. The manager or lady in charge was very nice but the the other two sales girls were not .

The sales associate was not fully aware of the product I was looking for. After I picked my product she just walked away and stood and stared at me while I continued to shop. I also asked to purchase two cleaning cloths but they never made it to my purchase. Her and the others kept saying I don’t know whenever I asked a question. I finally said “go find out then”. This visit was beyond irritating. And I was one of two customers with 4-5 associates working.

No merchandise! Looking for a ring to gift my daughter but there was on 2 rings she could chose from. Decided on one and ring wasn’t even boxed. She didn’t get a bag only a black pouch. If I would of known they were out of boxes and bags too I would of purchased.

There is never what I’m looking for in this store. If a store is going to have promos or incentives advertised, there should be more merchandise available

The associate helping us was extremely rude. She acted annoyed every time I asked a question or asked to see an item. She didn’t smile once, didn’t offer to help put a new charm on my daughter’s bracelet, even though we were clearly struggling. We usually shop at the Pandora in Portage, MI. at Crosstroads Mall, where we have always received outstanding customer service. We traveled to the Grand Rapids store for an item that wasn’t available in Portage. When I got home I realized that the ring I bought is too big & I really don’t want to go back to that store to exchange it.
