My bracelet was not taken apart when cleaned at the store & I did a better job myself once I got home following my purchase of a Pandora cleaning kit, of which should've have been explained in regards to the usage.

My exact conversation Me:hi I was in this store Saturday and saw a charm I liked and... Store associate: we didn’t get any shipment recently (interrupting my sentence) Me: I’m not looking for your shipment I wanted a charm I saw in store during my previous visit Associate: that’s not a charm it’s a clip and yes we still have it. this is not the first or the last horrible experience I should receive from an associate when I’m paying $40+ for costume jewelry. I will not be returning to this store because I literally left the store and made a second trip due to the rudeness of the previous associate only to be treated the same by the next. I have not even filled my bracelet yet but don’t think I will because between the horrible customer service in the store and the inconvenience of the online purchasing option pandora is not worth it all together.

I called five days ago just got an call back this morning why f Did it take five f Days. I ended up and drove to Woodland drive in Grand Rapids MI. They were great I had a big order , .I called the Pandora store at Mall of America.

They cut my bracelet not knowing if I was going to get it fix never asked me anything so yes I had to buy another one no problem then stripped my Charm and didn’t replace it wow that’s how you do someone that’s spending money at your store no sorry no anything for that matter I was listening to the manager tell the young lady your going to strip it if you keep pulling it they didn’t know it was my charm that they was pulling on so that’s why I’m upset cause someone else was helping me before they started to

Associate not try to solve problem, just said don’t have anything match what I have , I really want something, feel like she doesn’t care because she thought I don’t have money to buy , do not look down your customer. Thank you

I went in to exchange my elevated heart necklace and earring set, was told I couldn’t because it was after 30 days, which is fine. BUT I came home and my earrings wasn’t in the box with the necklace!!!!!

When I arrived the door was marked with a capacity notfication tnat stated 6 people could be in the store... there were 5. I asked to come in and was told in a very short manor that someone would be with me soon. I waited 20 minutes... when I entered the store, I knew what I wanted and stood for another 10 minutes at the counter while an employee decided it the best time to clean and organize. When I picked my two beads, I told the employee I would like each bead in a seperate boxes and bags. The employee simply said , "mmm hmmm," and she walked to the back and NEVER came back. The manager finished with another customer and came over like everything was cool and took my payment. When I told her I was already being helped but the girl disappeared, she just smirked and said that she could help me. Did I miss something? What is with the attitude... HORRIBLE customer service and communication. I will NEVER go to that store, again. Overall, I felt like I inconvenienced the employee and manager by shopping there.

I was there with husband another customer was being helped n9 problem. We kept being told we will be right with you still fine. Our turn came couldn’t giv3 us time of day kept cleaning a bracelet in there hand talking about i5 being oxidized um I was trying to buy charm but I was an after thought. I will continue to purchase pandora but online only I will never step foot in this store again.
