Customer services was rude and trashy

The store was open until 7:00pm however when we got there at 6:47pm, they were closed and the door locked. They had no charms available, no bags and minimal merchandise. While the staff was wearing masks and trying to social distance, the customers were not.

the store i visited service was not good at all i was looking for the deal they advertised they said the deal was over they couldn't order anything for me and i bought 3 me product's and didn't not get the free gift

The salesperson was not knowlegeable about the merchandise. She didn't know the length of the necklaces. She told me one was 90 inches and it was 60. She appeared to be confused about what she was showing me. She also was not helpful when I asked about an item that I saw in a magazine. It took two salespeople to try to put the items that I purchased in a box and they still were unable to compete that action. So I had them give me the boxes and told them that I would figure it out myself. This is the second time that I have had a dissatisfactory experience in this store. The salespeople just do not seem experienced enough to sell the merchandise. My sister and I have spent thousands of dollars in this store and if I hadn't needed the items for gifts I would not have purchased them. My sister was with me and was so unhappy about the service that I received that she left the store without purchasing anything.
