The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The item I bought is for a gift and the staff gave suggestions on what to match with the item I purchased. I could very easily find the charm I was looking for.

I appreciate the time the clerk Heidi spent showing me items that I was interested in and the minute I requested a different piece she immediately stopped what she was doing and found the piece I wanted to try next. As we went along she would introduce me to new items that she thought would be of interest, and usually I was. She was very patient, I kept changing my mind and wanted to tried the different charms. Heidi made my visit very special and together we came up with a beautiful layout that I will be proud to wear at any event.
