Pandora Jewelry

I started visiting the Pandora stores in Las Vegas and admiring the beautiful charms and the large variety that they had. I started buying new pieces to put on a bracelet that was given to me as a gift. I was walking around in our mall in Sioux Falls and discovered that there was a store here. I am excited to have it here because of the convenience and the location. It makes it so easy when I want to go just look to see if there is something to add to my bracelet and I really like to look at all the different stores for the retiring pieces. Your staff in Sioux Falls is very friendly and the store is very bright and inviting. It is spotless and very impressive.

I wanted a bracelet and earrings to go with my outfit to wear at my sons wedding. The staff were amazing and very helpful. They asked me a few question about the type of look I was wanting and they showed me several options. I am very happy with my purchase and I received many compliments on the two pair.

There were three different sets of earrings that were not available that I would like to have purchased. I could see one set of earrings not being available but three. The associate offered to get them from a different store however I live out of state so I did tell her this would not be necessary and thanked her. My daughter then ended up with a pair of earrings that I wanted and there was not another set of those earrings available. And there was one other set that I inquired about that were not available

Staff was pleasant. The store was easy to locate. Staff eagerly answered all my questions.

I was very satisfied with my experience

I wish the associate would not have been breathing down my neck. This is a store my boyfriend and I go together because he bought my bracelet for me. I have never been given the opportunity to discuss things with him without the sale associate right next to us. Give your shoppers some space!!

Would like to see more religious items

The service was nice, but I was bummed they didn’t have my size in the rings I wanted, they offered to order them which was nice, but I wanted something right away.

There wasn't anyone to greet me as soon as I walked into the store. The charms that I wanted online wasn't available in the store
