The ladies at the Pandora Empire mall Sioux Falls South Dakota are so sweet and helpful I look forward to going to the store and creating new ideas with the helpful staff there. I now have 18 bracelets

My stance on retail ranking is there is always room for improvement even if you are rated "the best store" or "#1 store". Therefore, although I was satisfied with the Pandora experience, I think the store could improve with having various bracelet arrangements displayed so you can see what charms and spacer combinations look like. Also, it would be helpful to have prices listed on items.

I did not find exactly that I wanted. The associate was nice and helpful. I am visiting the state so I can't go to the store anytime I want to.

The sales associate, Savannah, that helped me today was extremely rude towards me and my friends. I came in to exchange the size of the ring I had and she rudely informed me that my size was not available in store. She didn’t suggest a different style or color even though the ring also came in a rose gold. When I asked to see it she rolled her eyes at us and proceeded to check, as if we were bothering her and making her job more difficult. During the rest of the time we were in the store, she contuously shot us dirty looks. It felt like she was trying to push us out of the store as quickly as possible. I also was not informed of the sale until we had already been checked out. There were other people asking her questions in the store and she was also rude to them. Another customer proceeded to leave after Savannah rudely informed her of the sale. Overall, I was displeased with her customer service skills and felt like an unwanted customer during the time I was in the store.

I came in and wanted to look at 2 sets of earrings, the new blue sparkling crowns and the crescent moons. Olivia Y stated that they didn't have the moon earrings without looking she said "that is the joy of working 24/7" and after having to show her where the blue sparkling crowns were, she pulled them out for me to look at. Usually when a sales person doesn't think something is available they look it up to make sure, none of that was offered. The other sales person said oh, look, here is a pair of the moon earrings by the Disney display. Olivia Y then said "I don't know anything about Disney, so I never look at that." Olivia clearly didn't want to be there and this is not normal behavior for this store. I have shopped here for years and this experience makes me just want to order online in the future. I'm very disappointed. I ended up getting what I wanted, but I'm used to a very different shopping experienced than what I got today. I felt like Olivia didn't care what I was looking for and she definitely didn't care whether I had a special shopping experience today.

The sales associate did not respond to questions asked, responded in a very unclear manner, did not show us all of the items we asked to see, and was very distracted. There was an even taking place that day, I had to ask about it, not once did she say help yourself to water and cookies, fill out an entry form, this is what’s going on etc. she was quite terrible. Could not locate price scanner took forever to ring up.
