The employees were really helpful and friendly. I was greeted once I came in. That made me feel very welcome and happy. I was able to find what charms I was interested in and some help with other ideas.

She cleaned all my bracelets and added the new charms the way I wanted them. I asked for a few of the rubber bands and She knew what I was talking about as I don’t remember what they were called.

The customer service was excellent, came to get bracelets cleaned, and end up buying 3 pieces and rearrangement of charms. I love that they are wearing their bracelets and pick up my theme of bracelets snd made suggestions.
