they had excellent customer service and any questions I had they were able to answer very honestly. I was very satisfied with even though they were really busy I was not in there more than 2 minutes and someone was already helping me.

I purchased 4 charm’s online, the one I purchased for my mother I had already gotten her last year. So I returned this charm to the Easton store to exchange for a different one and the process was quick and painless I was very happy.

I never ordered from Pandora before, because I thought it was a little expensive. But when I placed my order online for Christmas I was surprised with the pricing of everything. The items weren't too expensive, and I was able to get a free bracelet because I spent over $150 dollars, only issue I had was the shipping, but I know it was due to it being around Christmas time. But overall I'm very happy with my order and I would contiune to shop with Pandora whether online or in store.

They were quick very helpful and nice. Even though there was a lot of people in there they wasn’t trying to rush you out of there, they let you take your time to make sure everything is perfect.
