Everything was great, I am currently looking for more items. Great gift ideals for Christmas. My daughter's are going to love them. Also, it's so personal. What a great gift.

The staff was very friendly and patient with my young daughter who was Christmas shopping for her mother. They also double checked certain charms that said we’re out of stock online at the store but their system said they had one left. They found all the charms we thought were sold out. My daughter was very happy and excited to be able to get what she really wanted for her mother even though we went to store expecting we wouldn’t since the website said out of stock for some of the items. It was my daughter who even suggested we check the store just incase the website was wrong. And she was right!

The store was clean. I have found three of the four items our looking for. They treat me so well.

The worker was so friendly and sweet and really knew what she was talking about. Not even that she really worked with me to make sure I got everything I need.

I called first to ask about getting the difference back in a previous purchase. The manager of the store throughly explained the process and offered for me to come in at anytime for assistance.
