We went in for Valentine’s Day very last minute, the staff were very nice and our sales sales associate Karina D. Was very patient with us.

Avril z did an exceptional job. I had so much fun choosing out times with her super helpful. Helped me find the cutest items. She did awesome she really took her time and had a good conversation with me I really felt like she everything about the charms

My wife has had this bracelet for 5 years now. I’m glad I have a store near me to gat charms. It’s personal between her and I that’s why we love it.

The Rep who assisted me I believe her name was Julianna. She was amazing, professional and knowledgeable on the charms. She also advised me that I still had warranty on one of my charms is which a gem had fallen out and replaced it for me without me having to tell her. Now that is customer satisfaction!!
