The employee Ashley Z, was not only very helpful with the knowledge of the merchandise but also showed that she was eager to be of assistance. Super sweet and even gave some suggestions on the choices to make my bracelet not only pretty but also insured to prevent charms from falling out.

This was my first time ordering from the website and having to exchange something at the store and I love the merchandise its so pretty and the prices are pretty reasonable. Will definitely be ordering online or buying something in store again.
