The girls working at pandora, immediately greeted me as I walked in and offered assistance to help me find what I was looking for without hesitation. They are very friendly and were able to help me find what I had found online and wanted to purchase in store. I was very happy with my experience.

I chose a bad time so your associates were really doing the absolute best they could. Christmas is 5 days away. Things are limited. I missed out on the free gift. My fault. I was fortunate several of the pieces were actually the last ones in the store. The safety chain clip style I bought today was the absolute last. Wish you would hold merchandise for at least a day or allow a purchase over the phone. When I called this morning there were 5 of these safety chains. When I got there I got the last one. Very lucky. Finding parking took me 45 minutes. I believe if I had not arrived when I did this one would have been gone too. I realize waiting the last minute is my fault. After receiving emails in regards to the free gift I still hesitated. However when came in last night the associate said you had run out of them days before. None of these issues are anything but my deciding this late in the game was anybody’s fault but mine. Your staff was efficient and kind. The line was quite a ways out of the store. But they never lost their cool or helpfulness. They moved more quickly but efficiently than many other stores. So kudos to your staff. They had things clean and tidy. Remarkable.

Have been receiving emails regarding free gift. Was too late due to the fact yesterday I got this sudden urge for a new bracelet. Had been in another store and saw an associate of that store wearing a Pandora bracelet. I love you products and all of a sudden had to go and see. Just looking would never be the end of it. I knew I would have to get something. My husband was a little less than thrilled but was kind enough to go along with my desire and helped me choose a really pretty bracelet. Said I could not wear til Christmas. This was fair as the whole idea just came to me from seeing someone else with one on. Instant I had to have. Have multiple bracelets, necklaces and rings. Just needed something new. Your charms are very noticeable and if you see Pandora you know it’s Pandora. Store really crowded. Line outside the door but everyone was efficient and it moved much more quickly than we expected. So like a say spur of the moment and at a bad time of year. But still thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
