I was greeted by more than one sales person. Odalys new where all the charms were. She didn't have to search for anything. She also did a great job wrapping my wife's Valentine gift. This store is very well stocked. They seem to have everything.

I came in to this store because it is the one closer to where I reside and I already know the staff. The lady that helped me is always really nice and ready to help me find the charms I need. They always have great attitude and the store is always stocked.
