I more satisfied with the agent I spoke to on the phone at 855-922-2600. I didn't catch her name but she seem more helpful than when I call to the store in Baybrook Mall. I lost the back piece of my earring that I just bought on Jan 21, 2019. My case number is CAS131064Q3S4K0.
