Ebony was the person waiting on us and was very patient while the store was very busy. Ebony also offered to wrap the gift which I know she didn’t have to, once again the store was busy. We were checked in right away and were presented to Ebony within a few minutes. This was done Xmas eve day.!!

It was my first time visiting and the sales associate was very helpful helping me. She has a ton on knowledge of the product. I think her and everyone in this store do a wonderful job helping with your purchase as I could over hear other conversations.

Even though store was busy I was help very quickly. The sales lady used an iPad so I can pay quickly instead of waiting in line.

I've purchased a item and a Piece of the ring fell off I've gone Twice to the store and they have none in stock .This is the second item I've had trouble with the same thing has Happened

Azra was amazing!!!!!!! She really took her time to help me find a gift for my mom and girlfriend. She was very patient and didn’t rush me even though I was so undecisive. Overall I had the best customer service out of all the Pandora’s I’ve ever been too.

I loved the earrings

There was a small line outside the door but that was to be expected because of the holidays. However, we barely waited to go inside and to be helped by one of the sales person. She was very nice and helpful.

All product it cute and not bad prizes

I was very impressed with the high level of service I received. After describing what I was looking for, the salesperson knew exactly how to help me. That was my first time in your store and I was very impressed!!

The employees are very friendly and helpful.. You didn’t have to wait to be attended. A small store and very packed but understandable it’s Christmas. Other then that your employee ladies are awesome
