Though my visit was during busy time of the year, I liked how they had you wait in line to get waited on. Therefore there was no struggle to get waited on. I also liked having the catalogue in store so we could be looking at what we wanted to look at.

I had 6 bracelets cleaned and bought a new bangle to put some of charms on and the girl listened to where I wanted them moved and did a great job cleaning them.

All I can say is wonderful Black Friday sales! Love the 25% off. Leslie was a nice and patient sales person, didn’t feel pressured to make my pick on my purchase. Paulina was very nice at checkout it took some time but it was understandable because of how busy the store was. Love it! Can’t wait for my next purchase! :)
