The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

It was packed because of the Mother's Day rush and I felt kind of bad for the girls because it was a customer after customer however my experience was very personalized. Everything was very organized and well put together. The girl that helped me knew exactly what she was doing and where everything was so it made the process go smoother.

I love the pandora staff at Baybrook Mall ! they helped me find the perfect gift when I walked in, they were very patient and helpful. I will definitely be back to shop at this location.

My daughter bought the wrong size pandora object for mother’s day. She lives in another city but the sales clerk was able to exchange for the correct one for her bracelet with a surprisingly low price diff. Great experience

The experience was very smooth. Moving through the store was fairly easy even though there was a ton of people. They were super busy but the ladies were still very nice. I was expecting some unhappy employees because other customers were being rude for absolutely no reason, but they all handled themselves very well and I was proud of them. I didn't even have to wait too long because they gave everyone a customer is experiencing a short amount of time so that they could move it through us very quickly. I will return.

Wonderful salesperson Odalis helped me select the appropriate size bracelet for my wife. She also explained the Pandora exchange policy just in case my wife wanted to select something else. Odalis also did a beautiful job gift wrapping my purchase. As a senior citizen, I greatly appreciate Odalis' patience in dealing with my many questions. Odalis is a top-of-line lady.

The sales girl was so kind and patient with me. She showed me different options, always showed me different things when needed. Super nice and knew what she was talking about. Overall great!
