When I got all my charms on my bracelet, it felt too tight. I took it back the next day and they exchanged the bracelet for the next larger size. It felt much more comfortable. I am very satisfied.

Right as soon as I entered I was greeted very properly and was help with as soon as I entered. Karina from bay brook mall was awesome she made conversation and really helped me find what I went in for since this was my first pandora visit 😊 so very satisfied

The girls was so sweet to me. She talked about my day and complimented me. It didn't seem like she was just trying to sell to me. She cared about my day and about what I actually wanted. I will return and bring friends!

I was exchanging an online order the girl “Taylor” was very helpful and friendly. She knew what she was talking about, also was very patient with me since it was my first time purchasing!!!! Highly recommend!

There was an awesome sale going on and I was able to get multiple charms. That's ALWAYS a plus. The store had a large selection. I love the jewelry at Pandora!
