First off, I love that you extended your winter sale. This was my first time in Pandora and I was very satisfied with the sales associate and with the actual merchandise I purchased.

Sales associate very friendly. She was knowledgeable about the inventory and the sales. She was multi tasking professionally.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She helped me on making my decision with the two bracelets I brought in to have some charms added to them. She also took the time and put them on my bracelets.

Associate assisted me when i was just looking. Asked me to try on a ring i asked about. Then sge stacked it. I ended buying all 3. She noticed my bracelet and offered matching necklace. I politely declined. She walked me to register but did not stop selling she showed my charms while i was waiting to pay. I bought a charm as well. From just looking to $256. Great service

Very nice staff friendly and helpful

The person who helped was very friendly and helpful. The store was very busy, as it was right after Christmas. But everything was well organized and the wait wasn't too bad at all. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The high rating is largely due to the sales associate who was extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise. I came in with my kind set in one item in order to remember my mother who passed away this year. Her recommendation was much better.

Beautiful, well organised store. My daddies associate was exceptional! She was most attentive, kind, thoughtful and offered suggestions that made sense. This purchase was a gift for my daughter. Ease of exchange. Store was packed but only waited 5 min for associate help. She was busy With others waiting and managed to be cheerful and knowledgeable. Very nice store.

There was a line but because of holiday season, moved fast. The sales women made sure we were satisfied with our purchase and was very polite. Love our purchases :)
