Even though it was the day before Christmas I was able to get right in, waited for about 3 minutes for my name to be called out. Also you had the Holiday ornament available which was exactly what I wanted to get my wife. The sales associate paid attention to my 13 year old daughter while I was purchasing the ornament. It’s the little things that make a difference.!

This was my first purchase at Pandora. A gift for my mother. She absolutely love the necklace.

It was a smooth transition between greeter, staff, and check out even though the store was packed and busy

I was amazed on how everything was, I wasn't even in line for no more then 10 minutes. I went in waited for an associate for about 5 minutes and was in and out the door with the merchandise I went in looking for.

Highly satisfied with the employees at your Baybrook Mall location and I was impressed with how they managed the one issue at the store (which wasnt their faults). Issue was: The Baybrook Mall location only had 1 Register...Slow months I understand having only 1 Register. But those wonderful employees had to share that one register for a store packed with customers... Maybe during Christmas and Mothers Day, have a second Register set up somewhere? Just a thought from an IT Company Owner...

The experience of pandora very pleased. The sales associate very professional and friendly and above all very caring of my need for a piece of this beautiful jewelry. I would highly recommend this location to all my friends. I was purchasing a charm for my mother but now I want to start my own charm bracelet. Thank you!

The store was extremely busy, but when it was my turn to be helped the sales associate was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She didn’t rush me and accommodated to my needs.

The store was very crowded but everyone was really nice and helpful.
