There were only two employees working so it definitely took longer than needed just to buy a gift card

The sales person I worked with was wonderful, and the other sales people in the store were nice as well. My difficulty and my disappointment is this the items in the store, or the lack of certain merchandise in the store. I was looking for some specific colors and some specific charms, and I didn't quite find everything I was looking for in my experience today.

We were in the store waiting for an associate for almost 25 minutes until someone finally came up to us and asked if we needed any help.

The sales associate lacked knowledge of merchandise and customer service skills

Maya helped out so much with my purchase. She was awesome. The young lady assisting us while outside standing in line was really great as well.

Purchased rings, which they don’t make in 1/2 sizes. Other that that I was satisfied with service and quality.
