Pandora Jewelry

I feel like the product is overrated, the cost of the items does not line up with what I purchased. The primary reason we purchased something was in hopes it would make my mom happy, but I feel like it is not really much fun to buy for us. It just checks the box of a gift for a Birthday.

Charm I wanted wasn’t available, also, I requested a December birthstone heart charm & received March. Fortunately I knew to check it this time & noticed it was wrong. This has happened before & sadly once I realized it, it was too late to exchange it. Very disappointed & disheartened with that as March isn’t the birthstone I requested but it’s what I received. I need December but I’m stuck with March. Not happy about that at all.

Was not greeted once I entered the store. It took them workers about 5 mins that we were in the store about 5 or 6 employees were there in the store and they were talking until they noticed us.

The store didn’t carry some of the items I wanted to see

Wait time to be assisted was very long.

Mainly because of the sells associates I went into the store and no one came up to me to see if I needed anything I kind of stood around for a while waiting for the other two associates to finish helping customers then I finally was asked if I needed help. There were 3 others talking in the back . When she did help I felt rushed.

Don’t get me wrong I liked my pandora. but for me It’s a little bit too pricey and especially it’s only fashion jewelry.

Store was short staffed on a Saturday in addition to returns so my wait for service was longer than usual. The salesperson was wonderful despite being super busy and short staffed

The woman helping me was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The store was clean and everyone else was helpful

I was satisfied, I just don't come to the store that often.
