The wait was a bit long. The price for the item I was viewing was incorrect. Still purchased the item.

I was highly satisfied with my visit. The only problem I had, was a charm I was looking for was way smaller than the picture. I know the charms were made to looked larger in picture for better viewing, but this particular charm was way too small for the price. The sales lady help me find two charms for $5 less than the one charm.

Availability of merchandise - wanted to purchase an item that was shipped to the store but not yet in inventory. Suggested I return in a week or ship online. Online purchase - If an item is not available in the store, staff should be able to order it for the customer and waive shipping of now the minimum. I wanted to purchase 3 stacking h rings - only 2 in the store in my size. If I purchase the 3rd online, I need to pay shipping. So thinking about returning the 2 rings

I called several times to see if the items I wanted to purchase were available in the store, because they were no longer available online. While I was on hold waiting for the lady to check and see, another associate told her that she shouldn’t be answering phone calls is the store is busy and the customers in the store come first. I thought that was very rude of that associate to say to the person that was helping me. I too was going to make a purchase, but wanted to see if the item was available before I made a blank trip to the store. I did try to utilize the locate option on the website but it wasn’t much help.
