I was satisfied with my visit. I would have been highly satisfied if the items I bought had better functionality. I bought the large jelwery box. When I was looking at the medium and the large I noticed that the bottom insert and the top were not interchangeable. It would be amazing if that design could be reconfigured so that the bottom could be used as the top and vice versa. It would also be nice if the compartment inserts fit the top and bottom. That would improve the functionality and versatility.

The wait was a bit long

It was my birthday and I bough a 150 ring and they didn’t even give me anything other that that it was good

There was a nice collection, however I would prefer if there was a more wide variety of more simple rings. Personally, I do not like flashy jewelry. I also have very small fingers and the smaller ring they offer (size three) did not fit my pinky.

i was somewhat satisfied i was never dissatisfied either. everything was cleaned after you touched it. somethings you weren't allowed to touch. but everyone was super friendly.

I exchanged a ring that the stones had fallen out. I received a different ring because I had already had to return the ring I loved 3 times before because of the stones falling out. The ring I received, it does look dull. The metal looks as if they use that one for people to try on or as if it’s a return. The other stores I have gone to before had taken the rings out and had cut of the sticker that has the sign and cleaned off the ring. This one doesn’t look new.
