The spacer charm that I bought was expensive. I am not satisfied with the design as well anymore. Most probably will return it.

I received a bracelet for a gift, had no receipt all I wanted was to exchange it for a small one, a 90.00, item was only given 36.00 credit, I feel I was robbed, ended buying one and paying 30.00 more. I feel and even exchange could have been done, you will sell the one I return and get the full money but I lost, thank you,

For starters I went into pandora knowing exactly which 4 charms I wanted. I was informed bruno the unicorn wasn't available which made me sad cause he was on the top of the list for me. When I asked about when he would become available or when the next shipment would come she told me that she didn't know, which I assume is not her fault , that yall just received a lot of new items. Then she offered me to sign up for a rewards card, she sold me when she said I would get 10%off for being a member. I gladly said yes cause I love pandora and so do my family.i filled out the paper work waited for like 25 minutes which I did not anticipate. Just to be denied:( but did get a free cleaning kit.

Walked into store and said I would be helped. Another person walked in and they started helping them first instead of my husband and I. We waited 5 minutes before getting help.
