While the salesperson was pleasant she didn’t offer replacement charms for the one i was looking for ,i had to remind her of what exactly i meant. But i was truly sad because they didn’t have anymore jewelry boxes.

I was looking for a specific design and it was not available. We were on a trip from New Jersey and I wanted a charm that told the story of a Texas vacation . In the end I got one but was looking for something else. It’s oossible you don’t even make it

The sale associate was very knowledgeable on Pandora products but was a tad overbearing and pushy when it came to purchasing. I did not appreciate it but I still was able to purchase what I was looking for.

Even though less than midway between sale promo, the Mall store is already soldout & the stores no longer ship MERCH between stoes.

I called over 10 times to see where the store was located (or near) in the mall- No one ever answered. Then when I got there- and opened the door and walked in- the 3 associates just looked at me- never said a word. I had to speak- then one told me that the register was down and I would have to wait. I needed the charm for a friends birthday request- if not I would have left without purchasing anything.

I was looking for some Christmas charms but at store they don’t have much for me to choice I asked them order online for me But they said they cannot Because they just a fanchine business some things .loke that .... I just don’t get it Feeling down
