I went to exchange my bangle bracelet that broke, which has a $75 value. There was not another bracelet available for $75 so I had to buy a higher priced one. When I asked if I were to get a $65 one and receive a $10 credit for the difference on the original bracelet I was told no.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Pandora because the service was excellent. The quality of jewelry was very good. And the store was extreamly clean.

I came to buy 2 charms in particular and both were sold out. I traveled over 20 miles to this pandora hoping that I would be leaving with 2 charms to represent both my kids. I left satisfied because my daughter fell in love with another charm that she wanted me to get to represent her as my daughter. It worked out ok because now the charm I have is hand picked by her so the charm I have now is priceless.

Salesperson did not know where the charms I wanted to see were located. Also was not familiar enough with merchandise. She did not try very hard to find out about me and what I would like.

All was good. No need for concern. However, I do think the space is a little cramped considering that so many people are there this time of year.

We went to the store during Christmas Eve and they only had one cashier and the line was out the door.
