Bracelet broke after wearing 3 times. When contacted to see if more replacements came in at date we were given always said no haven’t got more bracelets in so went into store another week later and was told same thing. We had to pick out another bracelet that cost me more money. We never have problems at James Avery jewelers and they always have stock and stand behind their products.

Tuve que ir 3 veces a la tienda porque la pulsera. Primero no me enseñaron a cerrarle. 2do porque fui a cambiar el tamaño de la pulsera ye indicaron que no podía hacerlo en ese momento porque estaban en inventario y tuve que ir u a tercera vez.

I didn't like the fact that i felt that i was rushed to choose my selection. Also i felt like i wasnt given enough time to look at the charms with detail.

As I walked into the store there was associates standing around but no one greeted whoever was coming in. I had to raise my hand to ask for help. I did made a purchase foe the new bears charms. When I got home saw that its all scratched:(

I came in with a broken bracelet that is more than a year old. You policy is to only replace if within the first year. You offer no discount on a new bracelet or any assistance with broken items. I have either bought myself or had charms bought for me adding up to several hundreds of dollars. The least your company could have done is offer a discount towards a new bracket. I feel your companies customer service is lacking in this area.

I was not happy that my bracelet was not deep cleaned. I I was told the machine was broken and only hand cleaned my jewelry to the best they could. They offered me to purchase a cleaning cloth so I can do it myself. I was not happy with the customer service at this visit. I feel more could of been offered to satisfy my current purchase.

I was charged extra for a polishing cloth when i only asked for one. They weren’t able to locate certain charms very dis organized they kept having to ask others for help

My associate was not as friendly as I would’ve liked. It seemed like she wanted me know what I wanted prior to entering the store. She did not show me many options.

Item returning they informed it had been retired and unfortunately they couldn’t help even though item was received as a gift and they spent $100 !! Very unhappy with the outcome.
