I have a bracelet and it has been coming off. They had no interest in telling me why the bracelet coming off. I know it it was after a year since I bought it. I think they should have more concern for possible loss of my bracelet.

The representative wasn’t able to show me the merchandise at once. She told me she couldn’t pull out tray of bracelet charms at once. So she pulled out one piece at a time for me to view. But I don’t feel like I had many options. My first visit. 2 hr drive

The sales lady seemed very borthed and unfriendly to myself and my daughter. Even tho I knew exactly what I wanted she never suggested other items to me. Hopefully the next time I will get a more friendlier sales person or just continue to shop online.

I was satisfied, but not highly. There seemed to a lot of trainees which made it look like a lot of people helping one customer. That annoyed me until I overheard that she could not make sales until she had her number. The it made more sense to me as to why I was waiting.

The reason I invested in Pandora was because I wanted something that I could continue to add to and PERSONALIZE for my wife and mother. I loved the wide selection of charms in the past that could help achieve that personalization. That was 2015 - my wife circled a number of charms in that catalog. It’s now 2018. 75% of the charms she wanted from that catalog, which I hoped to eventually purchase over time (on Special occasions), are now retired and not available. What is in it’s place? A wide selection of generic, non-specific charms, universal to anyone. For example, my daughter is really into soccer. But, 790406 charm is no longer available. My wife’s bracelet is 3/5 full. I’m having trouble finding charms - personalized charms - at Pandora. I’m guessing I’ll gave to go in eBay or other sites to buy retired charms. Frustrating that the model, or perceived direction, is to get away from personalizable charms, in lieu of more universal, generic, fashion-type charm options.

Due to holiday shoppers the store was very busy. The associate at the door did not make it clear that in order to be helped at all we had to give our names. Ended up waiting for a very long time only to be told we couldn't be helped. We came knowing exactly what we needed and did not need help looking. Very disappointed.

The reason I was not satisfied was because I asked the sales associate if this bracelet was qualified at 35% off and she said yes. Once I went to go pay, the entire time I had to watch her closely and the item that were ringing up on the price I saw the prices being discounted on 2 clips and a snowflake charm. However once the receipt was printed. i walked out of the store and I noticed I was over charged. I took the time to do the 35% off each item and reflecting the receipt that was given to me. The sale associate try to tell me it was all added together of the discount between bracelet and the snowflake charm. I complete my corrections and went back to the store and spoke to a different lady and she re assured me that the bracelet that was given to me was not applied for the 35% off. i return the bracelet for a bracelet of the 35% off and receive my refund for the difference.

The first time I went in to the store I picked out the charms for my mom. When I got to the register they told me if I did not have a chip on my card or cash then I couldn't purchase the items. Luckily when I went in the next time (because my mom really wanted charms for Christmas) I brought cash and the sales lady never mentioned this time that if I didn't have these things I couldn't purchase the items. I think it is ridiculous that they don't accept a card without a chip and no one mentions this until you present one!

I was not satisfied with this Pandora experience because as I was entering the store, I said to myself great there's no customers other than 2 which they were already getting helped with so I should be in and out quick, turns out there was at least 2 workers at the register just looking at me and one just walking around which they never seemed to ask me if I was being helped already. What BOTHERED me the MOST was I was already waiting for someone to help me, here comes 2 random customers after me, and they get helped as soon as they walked in!! Was it the way I was dressed that day?? Maybe! Because it's been so hot outside I mean who wants to wear makeup with almost 104° outside so I came in with a bun a sleeveless shirt, and some leggings. I looked like a total mess honestly. But please treat your customers with care guys! I love Pandora and this day was the day I felt the worst in customer experience that made me not want to return again.
