I had a gift receipt and wanted store credit to pick something else and the sales person told me I needed the original receipt, my sister had to send me a copy of the original receipt. Was the point of a gift receipt if I still need the original receipt.

It was complicated to try on rings with hardly any inventory in store. Wish there were half sizes.

I was buying a Christmas gift for a family member. My purchase qualified for the free bracelet. It was the last day of the promotion, and the store was out of stock. I asked if I could get it at a later date. The sales associate kept saying it was the last day, and no, I could not get it later. There was no substitute offered. I understand it was the last day, but it was still in your qualifying time period. I feel like I was punished because you did not plan well and ran out of stock.

Because I have been to Pandora’s around the states even on Cruises and the Service was unbelievable the TEAM their was not FRIENDLY at all.....Not at ALL Helpful....

I was not able to get my cash refund because I did not physically have the receipt. But it’s easily found in the system.

They didn’t clean my jewelry they said since it was only 5 working that they couldn’t do it. The sales associate said come back tomorrow. I don’t live close and had never had that issue. It doesn’t take but 5-10 min to clean I’ve done it before while they’re busy and had around the same people working. I felt like she just didn’t want to help me. I have never seen policy state if we are too busy we cannot do our job.

I was so excited to get the buy 2 get 1 free. I told the sales associate I was a birthstone ring for the month of September. She handed me a light blue and I loved it. I took her word for it and told her id take it. When Monica walked away to get me a bag, I looked through the ring book and saw that September was a dark royal blue. My boyfriend asked her and showed her that it was the wrong blue and she told me that it wasn't That the royal blue was for the new collection of birthstones but that the light blue is also September. I took her word for it and purchased it. I later got on the website and say that September was the royal blue and not the light blue. More than anything, I don't appreciate being lied to. I did notice there was not a royal blue in the size 7 but I didn't think she'd lie to me for a sale.

Waited outside of store, because it was packed inside, so safety concerns just waited but then waited over 10minutes until finally a representative told us we could’ve came in. While purchasing the sales representative was very “pushy” I understand of trying to make sales but please do not push items on me that I am not ready to purchase. Secondly, I had asked about a teacher discount, she did not bother to find out or ask a manager she just said no we don’t do anything like that? Yet I had showed her through verifyme app that Pandora does offer as long as I show a representative my information. Thirdly, when I gave her my card she swiped it incorrectly and out loud said that my card was declined the other costumes looked at me and I felt embarrassed and told her if she can try again because there are funds in the card. She swiped again and she was like ok it went through, but the damage was already done. I was not satisfied this time. I love Pandora but please do not overwhelm your customers by trying to force other purchases and please do not embarrass us like this.

It was my second time at the deerbrook mall location in Humble, Texas. The Hispanic team of associates were rude, did not show customer service or offer other incentives that were going on. I asked for my bracelet to be cleaned and they dipped it water and cleaned it with a brush and it still look tarnished. I asked if she cleaned it she said yes. I took my bracelet and left and also sold me a defective clip charm. I refused to go back to that location and drove 40 minutes just to get better treatment at another location.

The sales associate was cold and didn't really care about the whole sale. I was nice and obviously wanted to buy something. I had to ask for a box for my purchase and for a bag. She wasn't even going to give me one just because I said I was going to wear the earrings out. I also asked if she could clean the earrings like the last pandora did for me but she just handed me some hand sanitizer and said to use that to lean the earrings myself.
