Long wait. Others who arrived after I did were helped before me. I asked for particular charm and was told it didn’t exist. Later saw charm in catalog. Sad. I spent over $100.

The associate dropped the ring i purchased which later that day the stone fell out. The size options were very limited. And i had to pull up what i wanted on the website because she didn’t know what i was describing. . She wasn’t familiar with anything in the store.

I ordered a ring online and apparently cannot return the item in store. I could only receive store credit which I eventually accepted, but then there was another inconvenience. I could only use the store credit in store at this particular location. Too many rules to return a ring and I will not be shopping here again.

The sales associate was not very courteous. She could not confirm or deny the purchase of the broken ring that I was trying to exchange or replace at half price. After making a new selection for purchase; my sales associate was more concerned with talking to her co-workers than being attentive to me as a customer.
