The selection was limited. There were a couple of charms that I wanted that were not available. Also, when I made my final selection, the price listed in the catalog (that was handed to me by an associate) was not the price that I was charged. I pointed it out to the associate but she told me that the catalogs (in the store) must not have been updated. SMH. The store was crowded, it was hot, there were boxes all on the countertops so you could barely see the jewelry...it wasn't a pleasant experience. And I felt really bad because my Dad wanted to go to Jared but I convinced him to go to this store (Baybrook Mall). Next time, I will shop at Jared.

There were many sales associates available but only one checkout lane open. I waited for over 30 minutes to checkout and my bag kept getting pushed further back in line

I came in and there was a group of girls talking and none of them bothered to greet or offer me assistance, I had to go over to them and ask them for help. I was exchanging an item for 2 other items and I asked if I could get a 3rd for free since that was the promotion, the girl said no and gave me explanation that didn't make sense. I just accepted it, since my expectations were lowered as soon as I walked into the store.

I was given the wrong size even though I showed her my ring I had before and told her it was too big and I needed to go down a size or 2.

The store was very busy and there was no goo organized way to be in line to see products or to pay for them. Store needs to be bigger with more sales associates on the weekends.

The sales associate named Alondra was very rude from the start, I didn’t know my ring size and I asked politely if she would look up my past transactions and she looked very annoyed doing that. I came around last month so I didn’t think it would be much of a hassle to look up. But then we go to check out and she doesn’t seem very friendly still and has an attitude the whole visit and she asked me if I had printed my Receipt and I said yes I did and emailed it and she commented in a raised voice “thanks” like it was a hassle to get my receipt. Never had this experience with Pandora. Very unprofessional associate, disappointed in this experience.

The sales associate helping my daughter and I was passive aggressive and rude. Her demeanor was such that she was annoyed to help us. She was the exact same way when I went alone in 4 days prior.

I went to buy a gift for my mother’s birthday. I’m not sure if it was because I’m young but they did not greet nor try to help me. But anyone who came in after was well taken care of. I feel like they thought they were going to waste their time with me thinking I wasn’t going to buy anything. I was in a hurry to get out of there and ended buying charms she already has.

It wasn’t until today when I went to wrap this for a gift I realized I was charged for something I didn’t want to purchase and it wasn’t even in the bag! I wasn’t paying close attention in store due to the craziness of the store and wanting to get out of there, to realize the situation that happened. The sales person charged me for a charm I looked at but didn’t want to buy. When I went to get things out of the bag to wrap I noticed that I was charged $26.99 plus tax for something I didn’t want to buy and didn’t get put in my bag! Very disappointed since this was my first experience. It was obvious the sales lady was new, but this is not acceptable. I will be calling and going to the store first thing in the morning and hopefully they will make it right.
