No one welcome me to the store. No one said we are currently busy but someone will be with u shortly … I knew what I wanted to purchase and asked an associate if I could just have someone ring me out I wasn’t window shopping and she said no that they were busy and had to wait til they were done. They would all just look at me n not offer any help til I found a lady sitting behind the desk I approached her and asked if I could get something and she helped me fairly quickly. But still feel the issue at Hand were the rude employees with no sense of customer service!!! Almost walked out the store but I knew what I wanted n needed thankfully that one lady helped me but sad I had to be the one coming to her for help.

I wanted my bracelet styled and cleaned. The Jocelyn proceeds to pick out all these charms and placed them on my bracelet. I asked here to style my bracelet around a particular charm she did not and when I told her I wasn’t purchasing all the charms that were placed on my bracelet I felt pressured to get a credit card to make the purchase and when I didn’t she seemed disinterested in my sale. She didn’t do a good job with the styling which I redid when I got back to my hotel and she told me it would be 2 hours to get my bracelet clean which I then in turn just purchased the cleaner and cleaned it myself. My first instinct was to not purchase anything from her since I felt that me spending almost $200 was a little beneath her instead of the almost $500 which she was trying to push on me. I have never felt this way in Pandora and I WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Houston is my 2nd home so I spend half of my week here and half in Atlanta. I will DEFINITELY shop at another Pandora,

Sales person gave me the wrong price for the item and then proceeded to check me out. Sales person came back and mentioned the total amount for the purchase. I then asked for the price for the item and she answered with a much higher price. Feeling embarrassed and somewhat obligated to purchase, I conceded to purchase the item for that higher price. Sales person did not seem to care, that she had mistakenly priced the item. Best regards.

Sales lady was great. The key holder refuse to exchange my bracelet I bought in December 2019 she said nothing was wrong with the bracelet I would of not bother if something was not wrong

i was satisfied with this experience actually because even though the store was crowded with some people i was still assisted as soon as i walked in. whereas in a different location i walked in while there were only two other customers and it took forever to be helped when it could have been an easy fast purchase.

The jewelry set had a different price and they claimed they couldn’t do anything about it . It’s not our fault they put the wrong price they should’ve gave it to us the price it had on there

Pandora your customer service sucks! Return policy is such a hassle!!! Why not work with the customer ???

The sales associate was unaware of how to ring up the product. I informed her that I was trying to reach $600. I walked out spending $530 and had to return to the store in another visit. The store is 30 minutes away. They made mistakes on my transactions.
